One of Newable’s key activities is as the delivery partner for The Department for International Trade (DiT), which is the government organisation that helps British companies develop their international business. The DiT Regional Delivery team has an opening in the central Operations Team which will be tasked to help with the efficient administration and services support to the wider teams.  You will be tasked to work closely with the wider International Trade Adviser (ITA) teams and office based support teams to assist in the general

Key requirements:

  • Skilled use of Microsoft suite of business applications.
  • Systematic and methodical
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and confident, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities

 In this office based role you will be working to support all administrative areas of London and South East Trade Teams.  You will need to have experience of working in an administrative role, be confident with good communication skills and be highly organised.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-driven Relationship Manager to support both external clients, lenders, 3rd party introducers and internal underwriters throughout the application process.

 

We are a whole of market finance broker, supporting SME’s on their journey for growth and success. This is a key role within an established team to be the first point of contact for all inbound queries, manage our workflows through our CRM tool and engage in creating a friendly, professional and diligent journey for all our clients to ensure repeat business and great testimonials.

 

Our primary focus is on finding a candidate with the right attitude and approach who we can support on their journey.

Required skills, qualities and experience

  • Excellent communicator who is self-motivated
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Great at administration, prioritisation and organisation
  • Client-focussed and comfortable when helping people with a range of products
  • Proven experience of customer service and handling multiple work-flows
  • Any background in finance is a plus, but not essential
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp complex products

Experience of working with the CRM tool Salesforce would be an advantage but training will be provided.
