Wellbeing Week September 2018

The aim was to introduce some fun and educational taster sessions including a comprehensive range of services to cover mental health, nutrition, physical activity and financial wellbeing.
The roll-out of a fuller programme will encourage, embedding wellbeing firmly into our everyday culture, showing commitment and adopting a more holistic approach to health, happiness and engagement.
We are already demonstrating a number of good initiatives within our existing health and wellbeing programme, such as providing a comfortable and flexible office environment, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) scheme, free fruit, annual flu vaccinations, corporate gym membership rates, discounted private medical cover, volunteering days etc. Our wellbeing week gave us the opportunity to provide a taster to a more comprehensive range of services to cover mental health, nutrition, physical activity and financial wellbeing such as:
- Health MOT check
- Massage sessions
- Employee Assistance Programme presentation
- Happiness and motivation session such as onsite laughing yoga session
- Financial wellbeing/education
- Time management and productivity workshop
- Reading corners (i.e. access to healthy food/nutritional advice)
