J.P. Morgan have identified a pressing need to provide a better understanding of the role of women in business, and have commissioned a report in partnership with Beauhurst to identify and celebrate the United Kingdom’s high-growth, female-powered businesses that are changing the economic landscape.
Their report on the Top 200 Female-Powered Businesses analyses the 6,085 high-growth companies in the United Kingdom that are founded, led or managed by women, and ranks the top 200 companies based on growth in sales, headcount and valuation. The report is the first of its kind, and takes a broader approach, not only focusing on female-founded firms, but capturing a more diverse group of companies and telling a richer story.
Newable has been working with J.P. Morgan since 2015 to deliver tailored business support to London-based small businesses to grow their business through access to supply chain and procurement opportunities.
A firm believer in generating inclusive economic growth, Newable now runs an Inclusive Supply Chain project focusing on connecting women-owned businesses from underserved backgrounds in London to procurement opportunities with support from J.P Morgan.
