EBITDA range: £1m - £3m
Businesses with a platform for organic or acquisition growth, or both
Recurring and stable revenue growth with low client concentration
Underlying EBITDA margin: minimum 10%

A period of exclusivity and due diligence. Subject to a satisfactory assessment and completion of legals, we proceed to complete the transaction.
As a part of our Newable Capital portfolio, we will provide an ongoing support and monitoring to enable the business to accelerate its growth.
Upon completion we hope to continue the business relationship.
We take a board seat(s) in the company to help establish and support the management team's growth strategy
