Why the Best Companies programme?
We engage with Best Companies, a national recognition programme that sets the standard for workplace engagement and employee wellbeing. The Best Companies survey, which is strictly confidential and anonymous, enables Newable to measure, recognise and improve levels of workplace engagement.
This year, we were awarded the ‘One to Watch’ award and were ranked the 102nd Best Large Company to work for in the UK (improved from 135th last year) and 17th in London (again, improved from 33rd last year).
Throughout the years of engaging with Best Companies, Newable has steadily climbed the charts by steadily improving the working lives of our people and teams. Since our last results, we have introduced a number of initiatives for our people and teams based on their feedback.
In January 2023, Newable became an employee-owned business, allowing every Newable Partnership Limited employee to be rewarded for their hard work through an HMRC-approved Company Share Option Scheme (CSOP). We’ve also updated and launched a new and improved benefits package that better reflects the needs and expectations of our employees, including offering Private Health Insurance.
However, we don’t want to stop at number 17th in London. We have big ambitions to continue improving our organisation to climb the ranks even further.
