The Inclusive Growth London programme is designed to support micro and small female-owned and/or disabled-owned businesses with the potential to grow, based or trading in Camden, Hackney, Tower Hamlets or Westminster. It delivers scale up business support across the boroughs and aims to strengthen confidence and resilience in underrepresented business owners to unlock growth opportunities.
Michaela Reysenn, Founder and Director of Kai Interiors, shares her experience of being a participant on the programme.
Why I joined the Inclusive Growth London Programme
I am in a position where my business is growing but I didn’t have the processes and structure in place to progress everything professionally. I am learning how to expand my team in the best possible way, filling gaps in my team’s skillset which in turn is allowing us to take on bigger and better projects.
What support I received
My business adviser, Sophie, has been a brilliant support. As a single founder and director having someone to talk to about business concerns and how to move forward has been so beneficial for me. Sophie has helped me to really understand what I need from my team allowing me to figure out the job roles that I needed.
“The Inclusive London Growth programme has enabled me to grow my business to the next level with profitability on the up. My understanding of what I need from my team is so much clearer now and I feel very confident that we will continue to grow over the coming years.”
