The Inclusive Growth London programme is designed to support micro and small female-owned and/or disabled-owned businesses with the potential to grow, based or trading in Camden, Hackney, Tower Hamlets or Westminster. It delivers scale up business support across the boroughs and aims to strengthen confidence and resilience in underrepresented business owners to unlock growth opportunities.

The Inclusive Growth London programme was exceptionally well-organised, valuable and inspiring. We had two excellent online meetings with our business adviser, Veronica Munoz de Andrea. During these sessions, she helped us brainstorm our specific business strengths and refine our value proposition.
In addition to the 1-2-1 support from Veronica, I attended an in-person event focused on enhancing our confidence and two virtual events – one about pricing, which was very helpful, and another on growing our business through social media. The social media event opened our eyes and taught us to be more strategic in our approach.

We became more assertive about our fees and now charge for all the services we provide. Previously, we offered many freebies! Alongside this, we now plan our social media strategy instead of posting randomly.
