The Inclusive Growth London programme is designed to support micro and small female-owned and/or disabled-owned businesses with growth potential that are based in Camden, Hackney, Tower Hamlets or Westminster. The programme provides scale-up business support across these boroughs and aims to enhance the confidence and resilience of underrepresented business owners, helping them unlock new growth opportunities.

Qinsu Zhou, Managing Director of Zslondon Ltd, shares her experiences of participating in the programme.

Eager to enhance her business skills, Qinsu joined the Inclusive Growth London programme. She benefited from two virtual one-on-one sessions with her business adviser, Veronica, who quickly grasped the essence of her business and offered valuable guidance on network building, business value and marketing strategies. Veronica also provided advice on how to present and pitch her brand in a new perspective and introduced Qinsu to key contacts, enabling her to apply her newfound skills.

As a result of this support, Qinsu has made significant strides. She has joined as a member of a prominent Asian society and has recently attended the Women of the Future event, where she has received high praise for her work from the chair. Additionally, she has become a member of the Farringdon Ward Club, a charitable trust to further expand her network. Qinsu has also joined an employee group that supports minorities, where she had the opportunity to present several event ideas enabling her to promote her brand.

“I have met so many diligent and talented individuals through attending these events and it wouldn’t have been possible without Veronica’s introduction!”
